A big piece of undeveloped vacant land has hit the market outside Orlando

A massive tract of land has hit the market in Osceola County, southwest of St. Cloud with planned connectivity to Florida’s Turnpike.

The South Lake Toho Development Tract is 3,229 acres with multiple preliminary planned uses that include commercial, industrial, single- and multifamily residential.

The land, which includes some frontage along the south shore of Lake Tohopekaliga, spans several vacant parcels registered to Kissimmee-based Bronson's II LLP.
